The drive back to our resort was always entertaining. The lovely people of Tadoba would smile, wave and shout a good-bye as we passed by. One time we were stopped by a herd of cows walking home from their work. They didn't seem to care that this big metal beast could cause them injury. I quickly grabbed my camera to capture this everyday occurrence in rural India. The journey from Goa to Tadoba was long and an added expense to our travels in India but it is a time in my life that I will never forget. It was totally worth it. We are heading back to Goa tomorrow Saturday February 9th early. It will be nice to do some relaxing on the beach.

Parting of the Cows
Some of these cows were giving us attitude. How dare we make them swerve from the direct line home.

Tiger Fence
This was the fence surrounding our resort. It was also around some fields and beside the official Tadoba Reserve gates. I laughed when I saw it. Something tells me it would not keep anything out of the compound.
